Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de avena (220g)
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal (3g)
- 4 huevos
- 1 taza de leche tibia (250 ml)
- 3 1/2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida (50g)
- 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla (o vainillina)
- 1 taza de agua (250 ml)

Instrucciones:
- Tritura la Avena: Coloca la avena en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos y tritúrala hasta que tenga una textura similar a la harina.
- Prepara la Masa: En un tazón, bate los ingredientes triturados con la avena, la sal, los huevos, la leche tibia, la mantequilla derretida, el extracto de vainilla y el agua. Mezcla hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea.
- Cocina los Pancakes: Calienta una sartén antiadherente o plancha a fuego medio. Unta ligeramente con mantequilla o aceite. Vierte un poco de masa en la sartén y cocina durante 1-2 minutos por cada lado, hasta que estén dorados y cocidos por dentro.
- Sirve: Sirve los pancakes calientes con tus toppings favoritos como frutas frescas, yogur o un chorrito de miel para un toque de dulzura (opcional).
