Lasagna de Carne con Salsa Bechamel y Queso Mozzarella 🍝🧀

¡Esta lasagna es una deliciosa combinación de carne, bechamel y queso que te encantará! Aquí tienes la receta completa:

Ingredientes:

Para la Carne:

  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 1 taza de cebolla, finamente picada
  • 2 cucharadas de ajo, finamente picado
  • 1 taza de apio, finamente picado
  • 1 taza de zanahoria, en cubos pequeños
  • 1 taza de jitomate, en cubos pequeños
  • 500 gramos de carne molida de res
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1/2 taza de puré de tomate
  • 1/2 taza de vino tinto
  • 1 cucharadita de tomillo
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • 1 hoja de laurel

Para la Bechamel:

  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 3 cucharadas de harina
  • 1 1/2 tazas de leche
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta blanca
  • 1/4 cucharadita de nuez moscada
  • Sal al gusto

Para la Pasta y el Armado:

  • Suficiente pasta para lasagna
  • Suficiente agua
  • Suficiente queso mozzarella, para las capas y la cobertura final

Preparación:

  1. Cocinar la Carne:
    • Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a temperatura media y añade la cebolla, el ajo, el apio, la zanahoria, el jitomate y la carne molida.
    • Agrega el vino tinto, el puré de tomate, el tomillo, el orégano, la hoja de laurel y sazona con sal y pimienta.
    • Cocina durante 20 minutos hasta que el líquido se evapore. Reserva.
  2. Preparar la Salsa Bechamel:
    • En una olla a temperatura media, derrite la mantequilla y añade la harina. Cocina por unos minutos.
    • Agrega la leche poco a poco, removiendo constantemente.
    • Sazona con pimienta blanca, sal y nuez moscada. Cocina por 5 minutos hasta que espese. Reserva.
  3. Cocinar la Pasta:
    • Hierve agua en una olla grande, añade suficiente sal y cocina las láminas de pasta para lasagna por 5 minutos. Escurre y reserva.
  4. Armar la Lasagna:
    • En un molde para hornear, coloca una capa de pasta, una de salsa bechamel, una de carne y una de queso mozzarella.
    • Repite los pasos hasta llenar el molde, terminando con una capa de queso mozzarella.
    • Hornea a 180°C (350°F) por 20 minutos hasta que el queso esté dorado y burbujeante.
  5. Servir:
    • Corta la lasagna en porciones y sirve caliente.
