Ingredientes:

- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 3/4 taza de queso parmesano rallado
- 1/2 taza de crema espesa

- Perejil fresco, picado, para decorar

Instrucciones:
- Sazonar el Pollo:
- Sazona el pollo con sal, pimienta, pimentón y condimento italiano.
- Cocinar el Pollo:
- En una sartén grande, calienta 2 cucharadas de mantequilla a fuego medio.
- Añade el pollo y cocina durante unos 4-5 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente, hasta que esté dorado y cocido por completo.
- Añade el ajo picado, la ralladura de limón y un poco de jugo de limón. Remueve y cocina por 1-2 minutos más. Retira del fuego y reserva.
- Cocinar el Linguini:
- Cocina el linguini según las instrucciones del paquete hasta que esté al dente. Reserva 1/4 taza del agua de cocción antes de escurrir el resto.
- Preparar la Salsa de Parmesano:
- En la misma sartén, derrite las 2 cucharadas de mantequilla restantes a fuego medio.
- Añade la crema espesa y el ajo en polvo, removiendo hasta que se mezcle bien.
- Incorpora lentamente el queso parmesano rallado hasta que la salsa esté cremosa y espesa.
- Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.
- Combinar y Servir:
- Añade el linguini cocido a la sartén con la salsa, removiendo para que la pasta se impregne bien.
- Si la salsa necesita un poco más de líquido, añade un poco del agua de cocción reservada.
- Sirve el linguini en platos, coloca el pollo encima y decora con perejil fresco y un poco más de queso parmesano.
