Ingredientes:
Para los camarones:
- 1 libra de camarones grandes, pelados y desvenados (con o sin cola según tu preferencia)
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- Sal y pimienta negra al gusto
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón (opcional)
Para la salsa:
- 3 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal
- 4 dientes de ajo, picados
- 1/4 taza de vino blanco seco (o caldo de pollo)
- 1 taza de crema espesa
- 1/3 taza de queso parmesano rallado
- 1 cucharadita de condimento italiano
- 2 cucharadas de perejil fresco, picado
- Copos de chile rojo (opcional, para dar picor)

Instrucciones:
- Cocinar los Camarones:
- Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén grande a fuego medio.
- Sazona los camarones con sal, pimienta y pimentón (si lo usas).
- Añade los camarones a la sartén y cocina durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado, hasta que estén rosados y cocidos. Retira de la sartén y reserva.
- Preparar la Salsa:
- En la misma sartén, derrite la mantequilla a fuego medio.

- Vierte el vino blanco (o caldo de pollo) y cocina a fuego lento durante 2 minutos, desglasando la sartén para raspar los trozos dorados del fondo.
- Reduce el fuego a bajo y agrega la crema espesa. Incorpora el queso parmesano, el condimento italiano y los copos de chile rojo (si los usas). Cocina a fuego lento durante 3-4 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente, hasta que la salsa espese ligeramente.
- Combinar y Servir:
- Vuelve a colocar los camarones cocidos en la sartén y mézclalos con la salsa para cubrirlos. Cocina a fuego lento durante 1-2 minutos para calentarlos.
- Espolvorea con perejil fresco picado antes de servir.
- Servir:
- Sirve inmediatamente con pasta, arroz o pan crujiente para absorber la salsa.
