Estas costillas de barbacoa cocinadas en una olla de cocción lenta son deliciosas y perfectas para cualquier ocasión.
Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de tu salsa BBQ favorita
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
- 3 dientes de ajo, recién picados
- 2 cucharaditas de salsa Worcestershire
- 1 cucharadita de cayena (opcional)
- 4 a 5 libras de costillitas de cerdo (baby back ribs)

Instrucciones:
PRIMER PASO:
- En una bolsa con cierre hermético, vierte la salsa BBQ.
- Añade el azúcar moreno, el ajo, la salsa Worcestershire y la cayena (si la usas).
SEGUNDO PASO:
- Cierra la bolsa y amasa con las manos para mezclar bien los ingredientes de la salsa.
- Abre la bolsa y mete las costillas adentro.
TERCER PASO:
- Cierra la bolsa y sacúdela para cubrir completamente las costillas con la salsa.
- Rocía el interior de la olla de cocción lenta con aceite en aerosol.
CUARTO PASO:
- Abre la bolsa y coloca las costillas en la olla de cocción lenta.
- Vierte ¾ de la salsa de la bolsa en la olla, asegurándote de cubrir las costillas con la salsa.
QUINTO PASO:
- Cocina en alta por 4 a 5 horas para obtener carne que se deshace del hueso, o en baja por 9 horas para lo mismo.
- Si prefieres la carne súper suave pero que se mantenga en el hueso, cocina en baja por 7 horas.
SEXTO PASO:
- Ten algo de la salsa disponible en la mesa, para que cada persona pueda elegir si quiere más o no.
