Queso en 5 Minutos con Espinacas y Perejil

Ingredientes:

  • 200 g de espinacas, finamente picadas
  • 50 g de perejil, finamente picado
  • 1 litro de leche (2,5-3,2 % de grasa)
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • Opcional: 1 diente de ajo, finamente picado (para un toque de sabor extra)

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar los ingredientes:
    • Lava bien las espinacas y el perejil. Asegúrate de escurrir bien el exceso de agua.
    • Pica las espinacas y el perejil finamente. Si decides usar el ajo, pica también el diente de ajo.
  2. Calentar la leche:
    • En una olla grande, vierte el litro de leche.
    • Coloca la olla a fuego medio y calienta la leche hasta que empiece a hervir. Este proceso puede llevar unos minutos, así que ten paciencia y remueve ocasionalmente para evitar que la leche se pegue al fondo de la olla.
  3. Añadir las espinacas y el perejil:
    • Una vez que la leche esté a punto de hervir, añade las espinacas picadas y el perejil.
    • Si estás usando ajo, agrégalo también en este momento.
    • Remueve bien para que los ingredientes se mezclen uniformemente con la leche.
  4. Cocinar a fuego lento:
    • Reduce el fuego a bajo y añade la sal.
    • Cocina la mezcla a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 5 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente.
    • Observa cómo la leche empieza a espesar y adquirir una textura cremosa. Las espinacas y el perejil se irán integrando completamente en la mezcla.
  5. Enfriar el queso:
    • Retira la olla del fuego una vez que la mezcla haya alcanzado la consistencia deseada.
    • Vierte el queso en un recipiente adecuado y deja que se enfríe a temperatura ambiente.
    • Una vez que el queso se haya enfriado y solidificado, estará listo para ser servido.
  6. Servir y disfrutar:
    • Puedes disfrutar del queso solo o acompañado de pan fresco, galletas saladas o cualquier otro acompañamiento de tu elección.
