Jugo Verde “Drink Your Greens” 🌱

Ingredientes:

  • 3-4 manzanas verdes (Granny Smith)
  • 3 tallos de apio
  • 1 pepino
  • Un trozo de jengibre (2-3 cm, fresco, pelado)
  • Un puñado de espinacas frescas
  • 1 aguacate (opcional, para una textura más cremosa)
  • Un puñado de arándanos frescos (opcional, para un toque dulce y antioxidante)
  • 1 taza de agua fría o cubitos de hielo (si usas licuadora)

Preparación:
Lava bien todos los ingredientes para eliminar cualquier residuo. Pela el jengibre y, si lo prefieres, el pepino (aunque su cáscara es rica en fibra y nutrientes). Si utilizas un extractor de jugos, introduce los ingredientes uno por uno: las manzanas, el apio, el pepino, el jengibre y las espinacas.

Si no tienes un extractor, utiliza una licuadora. Corta las manzanas, el pepino y el apio en trozos pequeños. Coloca todos los ingredientes en la licuadora junto con el agua o los cubitos de hielo. Licúa hasta que obtengas una mezcla suave y homogénea. Si prefieres un jugo más líquido, cuela la mezcla utilizando un colador fino o una tela para eliminar la pulpa.

Sirve el jugo en un vaso y, si lo deseas, decora con unas hojas de espinaca o rodajas de manzana. Este jugo es ideal para comenzar el día con energía o como un snack saludable en cualquier momento.
