Este bizcocho esponjoso y ligero es perfecto para acompañar una taza de té o café. Con ingredientes simples y un toque de vainilla, ¡te sorprenderá lo delicioso que queda!
Ingredientes:
- 200 g de maicena
- 200 g de azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 100 g de mantequilla, a temperatura ambiente
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear (levadura química)
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 120 ml de leche
- Una pizca de sal

Instrucciones:
1️⃣ Precalienta tu horno a 180°C (350°F). Engrasa y enharina un molde para bizcocho o cúbrelo con papel de hornear.
2️⃣ Tamiza la maicena, el polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal en un bol. Resérvalo.
3️⃣ En un bol grande, bate los huevos con el azúcar hasta obtener una mezcla espumosa y voluminosa (debe duplicar su tamaño). Usa una batidora eléctrica para mejores resultados, pero a mano también funciona.
4️⃣ Incorpora la mantequilla (debe estar suave) y la esencia de vainilla. Bate hasta que la mezcla esté homogénea y cremosa.
5️⃣ Agrega los ingredientes secos poco a poco, alternando con la leche, mientras bates a velocidad baja. Asegúrate de que no queden grumos y de que todo esté bien mezclado.
6️⃣ Vierte la masa en el molde previamente preparado y alisa la superficie con una espátula.
7️⃣ Lleva al horno y hornea durante 30-35 minutos, o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio. Revisa a partir de los 30 minutos para evitar que se pase.
8️⃣ Saca el bizcocho del horno, déjalo reposar unos minutos en el molde y luego desmóldalo. Pásalo a una rejilla y deja enfriar completamente antes de servir.

- Para un extra de sabor, añade ralladura de limón o naranja a la masa.
- Este bizcocho también puede decorarse con azúcar glas por encima o acompañarse con mermelada.
