Ingredientes:

Para el pastel:

Instrucciones:

1. Preparar el horno y el molde:

  3. Retira el pastel del horno y deja enfriar completamente en el molde antes de desmoldarlo.

4. Preparar el glaseado:

  1. En un tazón mediano, bate el queso crema y la mantequilla ablandados hasta que estén suaves y cremosos.
  2. Añade gradualmente el azúcar glas , tamizándolo para evitar grumos.
  3. Incorpora el extracto de vainilla y la leche , y sigue batiendo hasta obtener una consistencia suave y esponjosa. Si el glaseado está muy espeso, añade una cucharadita más de leche.

5. Decorar el pastel:

  1. Una vez que el pastel esté completamente frío, cúbrelo con el glaseado usando una espátula o cuchillo.
  2. Decora con rodajas de piña fresca o enlatada si lo deseas, para darle un toque tropical y elegante.
