CREMA DE MARISCO 🍲🦀🦐

Una sopa cremosa, llena de sabor y nutrientes, que combina mariscos frescos con una base suave y aromática. Perfecta para una entrada elegante o una cena reconfortante.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🦐 500 g de mariscos mixtos (gambas, mejillones, calamares)
  • 🧅 1 cebolla picada
  • 🧄 2 dientes de ajo picados
  • 🍅 2 tomates pelados y picados
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de nata para cocinar
  • 🍵 1/2 taza de caldo de pescado
  • 🫒 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 🌶️ 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce
  • 🍃 1 hoja de laurel
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 🌿 Perejil fresco picado para decorar

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Sofreír la base aromática:

Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla grande a fuego medio. Añade la cebolla y el ajo, y sofríe hasta que estén tiernos y fragantes (aproximadamente 3-4 minutos).

2. Cocinar los tomates:

Incorpora los tomates picados y cocina durante 5 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que se ablanden y liberen sus jugos.

3. Agregar los mariscos:

Añade los mariscos mixtos (gambas, mejillones, calamares) y cocina durante 2-3 minutos, hasta que comiencen a cambiar de color y liberar su sabor.

4. Incorporar líquidos y hoja de laurel:

Vierte el caldo de pescado y añade la hoja de laurel. Lleva la mezcla a ebullición, luego reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento durante 15 minutos para que los sabores se integren.

5. Añadir la nata:

Retira la hoja de laurel y agrega la nata para cocinar. Mezcla bien para incorporarla a la sopa.

6. Triturar la sopa:

Usa una batidora de mano para triturar la sopa hasta obtener una textura cremosa. Si prefieres una crema más fina, puedes colarla antes de servir.

7. Ajustar sazón y decorar:

Prueba la crema y ajusta la sal y pimienta al gusto. Decora con perejil fresco picado antes de servir.
