FILETES DE HAMBURGUESA CON SALSA DE CEBOLLA 🍔🧅

Una comida deliciosa, jugosa y llena de sabor que hará que todos en la mesa pidan más. Perfecta para una cena familiar o para impresionar a tus invitados.


INGREDIENTES:

Para los Filetes de Hamburguesa:

  • 🥩 1 libra (450 g) de carne molida de res
  • 🍞 1/2 taza de pan rallado
  • 🥛 1/4 taza de leche
  • 🥚 1 huevo
  • 🍯 1 cucharadita de salsa inglesa
  • 🧄 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 🧅 1/2 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 🫒 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal

Para la Salsa de Cebolla:

  • 🧅 1 cebolla grande, cortada en rodajas finas
  • 🫒 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de crema agria o nata
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Preparar los filetes de hamburguesa:

  1. En un tazón grande, mezcla la carne molida, el pan rallado, la leche, el huevo, la salsa inglesa, el ajo en polvo, la cebolla en polvo, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien hasta que todos los ingredientes estén completamente integrados.
  2. Divide la mezcla en porciones iguales (aproximadamente 4-6 filetes) y forma discos planos con las manos.
  3. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén grande a fuego medio-alto. Cocina los filetes durante 4-5 minutos por lado, o hasta que estén dorados y bien cocidos. Retira y reserva.

2. Preparar la salsa de cebolla:

  1. En la misma sartén, derrite la mantequilla a fuego medio. Añade las rodajas de cebolla y cocina durante 8-10 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que estén caramelizadas y suaves.
  2. Reduce el fuego y añade la crema agria o nata. Mezcla bien y cocina por otros 2-3 minutos, hasta que la salsa esté caliente y ligeramente espesa. Ajusta la sal y la pimienta al gusto.

3. Servir:

Coloca los filetes de hamburguesa en platos individuales y cubre cada uno con una generosa cantidad de salsa de cebolla. Sirve caliente y disfruta con tu acompañamiento favorito, como papas fritas, ensalada o pan crujiente.
