🌽 PAN DE MAÍZ CASERO 🍞✨

Un clásico reconfortante, perfecto para acompañar cualquier comida o disfrutar como snack. Este pan de maíz es fácil de preparar y tiene un sabor dulce y mantecoso que encantará a todos.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🌽 1 taza de harina de maíz
  • 🍞 1 taza de harina de trigo
  • 🍬 1/4 taza de azúcar
  • ✨ 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
  • 🧂 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 🥛 1 taza de leche
  • 🧈 1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida
  • 🥚 2 huevos

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Preparar el horno:

Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F). Engrasa un molde para hornear con mantequilla o aceite, o cúbrelo con papel pergamino para evitar que se pegue.

2. Mezclar ingredientes secos:

En un tazón grande, mezcla la harina de maíz, la harina de trigo, el azúcar, el polvo de hornear y la sal. Revuelve bien para integrar todos los ingredientes secos.

3. Mezclar ingredientes húmedos:

En otro tazón, bate los huevos ligeramente. Añade la leche y la mantequilla derretida, y mezcla hasta obtener una combinación homogénea.

4. Unir la mezcla:

Vierte los ingredientes húmedos en el tazón con los ingredientes secos. Mezcla suavemente con una espátula o cuchara de madera hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien integrados. Evita batir en exceso para que el pan quede esponjoso.

5. Hornear:

Vierte la mezcla en el molde engrasado y alisa la superficie con una espátula. Hornea durante 20-25 minutos, o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio.

6. Enfriar y servir:

Retira el pan del horno y deja enfriar en el molde durante 5-10 minutos antes de desmoldar. Sirve caliente o a temperatura ambiente.

  • Mantequilla extra: Unta un poco de mantequilla sobre el pan recién horneado para realzar su sabor.
