😋 GORDITAS DE LECHE CONDENSADA 🍬✨

Un postre tradicional, dulce y reconfortante que combina la suavidad de la masa con el sabor irresistible de la leche condensada. Fáciles de preparar y perfectas para cualquier ocasión, estas gorditas son una delicia que encantará a todos.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🍞 2 tazas de harina de trigo
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
  • 🧂 1 pizca de sal
  • 🥛 1 lata de leche condensada (397 g)
  • 🥚 2 huevos
  • 🥛 1/4 taza de leche (opcional, para ajustar la consistencia)
  • 🌸 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
  • 🫒 Aceite o mantequilla para engrasar el comal

PREPARACIÓN:

1. Mezclar los ingredientes secos:

En un tazón grande, tamiza la harina de trigo, el polvo para hornear y la pizca de sal. Esto ayuda a evitar grumos y asegura que los ingredientes queden bien distribuidos.

2. Incorporar los ingredientes húmedos:

Agrega los huevos, la leche condensada y la esencia de vainilla a la mezcla de harina. Revuelve bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Si la masa está muy espesa, añade un poco de leche (1-2 cucharadas a la vez) hasta que sea manejable pero siga siendo firme.

3. Formar las gorditas:

Toma pequeñas porciones de masa, aproximadamente del tamaño de una pelota de golf. Con las manos ligeramente enharinadas, aplana cada porción para formar discos redondos de aproximadamente 1 cm de grosor.

4. Cocinar en el comal:

Calienta un comal o sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y engrásalo ligeramente con mantequilla o aceite. Coloca las gorditas en el comal y cocina durante 2-3 minutos por lado, o hasta que estén doradas y bien cocidas.

5. Servir:
