INGREDIENTES:
Para la base:
- 🌰 1 taza de almendras molidas (o galletas integrales trituradas si prefieres)
- 🥣 1/2 taza de avena en hojuelas
- 🧈 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
- 🌸 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
Para el relleno:
- 🧀 8 onzas de queso crema (puede ser light si lo deseas)
- 🥛 6 onzas de yogur natural sin azúcar
- 🥚 2 huevos
- 🍯 1/4 taza de edulcorante natural (como stevia, eritritol o miel, al gusto)

PREPARACIÓN:
1. Preparar la base:
