INSTRUCCIONES:
1. Sellar la carne:
- En una sartén grande, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio-alto.
- Agrega los trocitos de carne y cocínalos hasta que estén dorados por todos lados, aproximadamente 2-3 minutos. Retira la carne de la sartén y reserva.
2. Preparar la salsa:
- En la misma sartén, agrega la mantequilla y el ajo picado. Cocina durante 1 minuto, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que el ajo suelte su aroma sin quemarse.
- Añade la crema de leche y mezcla bien. Incorpora el queso parmesano rallado y la mostaza Dijon (si la usas). Remueve continuamente hasta que la salsa espese ligeramente, aproximadamente 3-4 minutos.
3. Integrar la carne:
- Vuelve a colocar los trocitos de carne en la sartén con la salsa. Cocina a fuego medio durante 3-5 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente para que la carne se impregne bien con la salsa.
4. Ajustar sabor y servir:
- Prueba la salsa y ajusta la sal y la pimienta negra según tu gusto.
- Espolvorea con perejil fresco picado antes de servir para darle un toque fresco y colorido.
