Ingredientes:
- 250 ml de leche
- 3 huevos
- 1 cucharada de levadura seca
- 40 g de azúcar
- 80 g de mantequilla derretida
- 4 tazas de harina de trigo
- 3 g de sal

Preparación:
- Mezclar los Ingredientes:
- En un tazón grande, mezcla la leche, los huevos, la levadura seca, el azúcar y la mantequilla derretida hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien combinados.
- Añadir la Harina:
- Añade 3 tazas de harina de trigo, incorporándola poco a poco en tres partes, y mezcla hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
- Deja reposar la mezcla en un lugar cálido hasta que doble su tamaño.
- Remover el Aire:
- Una vez que la masa haya crecido, usa una espátula para quitarle el aire.
- Añade la última taza de harina junto con los 3 g de sal. Mezcla bien con la espátula hasta que todos los ingredientes estén combinados.
- Formar el Pan:
- Con dos cucharas engrasadas, corta porciones de masa y colócalas en un molde engrasado.
- Deja reposar durante 25 minutos.
- Hornear el Pan:
- Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
- Pincela la superficie de la masa con una yema de huevo para darle un acabado dorado.
- Hornea el pan durante unos 20 minutos, o hasta que esté dorado.
