Ingredientes:

500 g de carne de res para cocer

2 chayotes cortados en cubos

2 zanahorias en rodajas

1 taza de ejotes limpios y partidos

1 cebolla

2 dientes de ajo

Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparaci贸n:

  1. Hierve la carne con la cebolla, ajo y sal en una olla grande hasta que est茅 suave.
  2. Retira la espuma de la superficie y a帽ade los chayotes, zanahorias y ejotes.
  3. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que las verduras est茅n tiernas.

  1. Caldo de Res con Chile Serrano y Verduras 馃尪

Ingredientes:

500 g de carne de res para cocer

1 chile serrano

2 elotes partidos

2 papas en trozos

2 zanahorias en rodajas

1 ramita de cilantro

Sal al gusto

Preparaci贸n:

  1. Cocina la carne en agua con sal hasta que est茅 suave.
  2. A帽ade el elote, las papas y las zanahorias, y cocina por 10 minutos.
