🥕 Receta de Jugo Milagroso 🥒

Ingredientes:

  • 5 zanahorias 🥕
  • 8 tallos de apio 🌿
  • 1 pepino 🥒
  • 1 remolacha 🌱
  • ¼ de limón 🍋
  • Un trozo pequeño de jengibre fresco 🫚

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar los Ingredientes: Comienza lavando bien todas las verduras y frutas. Pela las zanahorias y la remolacha para eliminar la piel. Corta las zanahorias, el pepino y la remolacha en trozos más pequeños que quepan en tu extractor de jugos o licuadora. Para el apio, simplemente corta los extremos y divídelo en trozos más pequeños. Pela el jengibre y córtalo en trozos pequeños. Por último, corta el limón por la mitad y quita las semillas, pero puedes dejar la cáscara para darle un toque extra de sabor.
  2. Proceso de Exprimir: Si estás usando un extractor de jugos, empieza colocando las zanahorias, el apio, el pepino, la remolacha, el jengibre y el limón en el extractor, uno a la vez. Exprime todos los ingredientes hasta obtener un líquido vibrante y lleno de nutrientes. Si estás usando una licuadora, simplemente agrega todos los ingredientes y un poco de agua para ayudar en el proceso de licuado. Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla suave y, si prefieres una consistencia más ligera, puedes colarla con un colador fino para eliminar la pulpa.
  3. Servir y Disfrutar: Una vez listo el jugo, viértelo en un vaso. Puedes adornarlo con una rodaja de limón o algunas hojas de apio para un toque decorativo. Mézclalo suavemente para integrar los sabores y disfruta de este jugo refrescante y revitalizante inmediatamente.
